Matthew is an experienced real estate pro of eight years holding licenses in both Indiana and Wisconsin. A Business Marketing graduate from Ferris State University, Matthew’s first push to venture into real estate arose when he converted his first home into a successful rental property. He decided to get deeper into rentals, and found continued success—by the end of 2021, he will own 18 rental properties.

His second push to make real estate a career was a compelling resolve to provide great service. His in-laws have moved … a lot. Witnessing so many real estate deals handled so differently, he knew he could have a successful real estate career by focusing on two simple principles: providing unparalleled service and exceeding expectations. So in 2014, Matthew became a licensed agent, and has been passionately providing topnotch service for home buyers and sellers ever since.

Each day in the industry is unique, which keeps things interesting for Matthew and brings a different kind of joy with each interaction. His most memorable moments on the job include walking in a home with a client, watching their face light up, and knowing that this is “the house.” First time home buyers are especially fun to work with, as the elation they feel the day they get the keys is priceless, and worth every extra effort.

While Matthew’s skillset spans all facets of the real estate industry, transitional housing is his main area of specialty. Because of the number of times his family has moved, he is able to utilize a lot of first-hand experience to help facilitate smoother experiences for clients. Delivering exceptional customer service through keen attention to detail is a point of pride and passion for Matthew.

Purposeful encounters have led this exceptional realtor home to the Regan + Ferguson Group. He has known the team for many years, and appreciates the fact that R+F is a well-respected group within the industry and who also are recognized for unparalleled service. Plus, he considers them good friends. After recently working with Cory on a deal, Matthew realized that being a part of this team would be the best next step in his career, a perfect confluence of past and present connections.

When he’s not being a real estate rock star, Matthew and his wife are passionate about being outdoors and enjoy various activities during each of the four seasons, including downhill skiing and going to the lake. They also have a 6-year-old son who is their ultimate inspiration.
