The Bradley’s Culinary Heartbeat

There are two new restaurants inside The Bradley that offer the best culinary dishes, drinks, and ambience.

On the ground-level, you’ll find the Arbor restaurant. Its name is rooted in Fort Wayne’s abundant parks and tree lined trails. True to its name, not only are natural surroundings highlighted in the design, locally-sourced ingredients take the center stage in their carefully crafted menu. Local Utopian Coffee, for example, is featured in the coffee bar. Home-cooked favorites that kindle familiar feelings of comfort like Egg BLT’s, Buttermilk Fried Chicken, and Grilled Cheese are given a special twist. Arbor can seat almost 100 guests and is ideal to delight your appetite any time of the day.
